   Hi,

   When I go to Super Admin > Sites
   Then Add a New Site (Add New)
   Then View that site
   I get the following error:

   Oops! This link appears broken.DNS error occurred. Server cannot be found.

   Is this a WordPress or Hostgator issue? I've tried asking Hostgator but with no luck.

   Did you enable wildcard subdomains?

   Hostgator disabled/deleted them, you've actually just solved another huge problem fom me :) thanks, you're a genius!

   I'm now getting this error:
   Index of /
   cgi-bin/
   Apache mod_fcgid/2.3.5 mod_auth_passthrough/2.1 mod_bwlimited/1.4 FrontPage/5.0.2.2635 Server at template.toysmusicmoviesandgames.com Port 80

   Any ideas?

   That looks like you made a 'real' subdomain and not a wildcard one.

   Thanks to you both.

   I wish that was the problem, I set them up as Wildcard. I have 7 sites all set up the same. 4 worked, 3 didn't. Hostgator is looking into it.

   Go double-check to make sure a subdomain with that name wasn't created at a different time and someone forgot about it. ;)
