   I tried to run an automatic wordpress upgrade and after the upgrade tried to install I got this error: Fatal error: Call to undefined function is_network_admin() in /home/oliva/public_html/blog/wp-admin/admin-header.php on line 16

   I am now unable to log in to my admin page and do not know what to do to correct this. Can anyone help?!! Thank you!

   Sorry to hear you're having this issue. Try downloading a fresh copy of WordPress and reinstalling it via FTP.
