Fatal error when trying to active

Since the season is all ended i’m trying to migrate from footballclub to premier. Installed the Theme, everything worked good, but after I install the sportspress plugin I can’t active it, because I got an error: “Não foi possível activar o plugin porque este gerou um erro fatal.” – > “It was not possivel to active the plugin because it generated a fatal error”

What could be the problem? Thanks

@bad-religion Are you able to activate the plugin without the theme? Try choosing another theme first (Twenty Fourteen, for example), then activating the plugin again.

Tried with Twenty Fourteen and got the same error. I’m working om my localhost (my computer) with wampserver 2.2. I tired online and I’m able to active it, but I need to compose everything offline because I need the site available online.

@bad-religion Could you check if your WampServer meets the minimum requirements for SportsPress?
- WordPress 3.8 or greater
- PHP version 5.2.4 or greater
- MySQL version 5.0 or greater

WordPress 3.9.1 pt_PT
MYSQL 5.5.24
PHP 5.3.13
Apache 2.2.22

There is already a 2.5 version of wampserver, maybe I should update it

Looks like the requirements are met, so it might be unrelated. But it’s always a good idea to update anyway 🙂

Let me know if the issue persists after updating to version 2.5.

Is there any topic with a tutorial for premier and sportspress? since I was a user of footballclub and want to migrate, but things are not working very well :/

Hi! I have some problem,
I check my xampp version and it’s ok with all requirements for SportsPress.
Tried with 20-12 20-13 20-14 and some fatal error with activation.
Tried to manual installation and again fatal error.
Please help me.
