Hi,
I keep getting a fatal error when trying to activate this plugin. I am just trying it on the twenty twenty eleven team.
The full error is:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function wp_get_theme() in /home/yellowfl/public_html/wp-content/plugins/gra4-social-network/gra4.php on line 114

I am having the same problem trying to activate the plugin

Dear catyco, sorry about that, but the GRA4 software is not intended to run (and never has been tested on ) on a local machine.
(see http://gra4.com/wiki/Category:Webmaster_guide for more info)
Also I wouldn't expect it to coexist well with WAMP platform (uses hard-coded '/').
Again, sorry, it probably isn't going to work in your configuration
