I log into my website via the website itself and then having admin access at the top of my page I try to go to my dashboard. I click and get the message:
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 33554432 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 30720 bytes) in /home/aberbaps/public_html/wp-admin/includes/theme.php on line 302
I've seen other posts similar to this but the thing is I have no access to any files or anything on my computer just the website itself. How do I fix this?
Any help would be appreciated.

Either with ftp or by signing in to your hosted accound and using the file manager, edit the .htaccess file and add, php_value memory_limit 64M

Thanks for the quick reply, but I'm unsure exactly what to do/what you mean.
I don't have access to the hosting account as it was set up by someone else, I don't think I have access to the .htaccess file either and I'm not sure what ftp exactly is.
I'm fairly new to all this, so sorry if I sound stupid. The website itself is still fully functioning but I can't edit or change anything because I can't access the dashboard or anything to do with the site.

You will not be able to successfully run wordpress if you do not have access to the server. It is after all, self-hosted. If you are not the "self" it will not work.

Yep thanks for that. I'll have to get in touch with the person who first set the site and the hosting up and then try your previous instruction as a means of fixing it.
Interesting that one small thing blocks me out from any editing of content, so hopefully I can fix it all up soon.
Thanks again for your help.
