When logging into wordpress i get this message:
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 16777216 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 184320 bytes) in /nfs/c01/h05/mnt/34648/domains/transitionheathrow.com/html/wp-admin/menu.php on line 183
and cannot access anything.
Website is still up and running fine, but cannot get into it.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I can't actually log in though to increase the memory.
As soon as i try to log in to wp/admin the message appears.
Do i need to therefore contact my website host?
None of the methods in the post I linked to above require you to log into your WP Admin area.
