   Hi! This morning I tried to install a Facebook plug-in and when I clicked activate, the site crashed and I am unable to access Word Press because both display this message:

   Fatal error: Call to undefined function get_user_meta() in /home/stephani/public_html/wp-content/plugins/facebook-awd/AWD_facebook.php on line 113

   Please Help!

   You need to access your site via FTP and remove the offending plugin from the plugins folder (wp-content/plugins/{plugin-name}/).

   That should the allow you access.

   I opened up the FTP site in Windows Explorer and it only has one folder named "pub" with no contents.

   I'm accessing it from a computer that I don't normally use for work. Does that make a difference or are the files accessible from anywhere?
