I just tried to upgrade my blog and I am getting this fatal error when I try and access the upgrade page:
Fatal error: Cannot redeclare validate_current_theme() (previously declared in /home/beyondor/public_html/blog/wp-includes/theme.php:452) in /home/beyondor/public_html/blog/wp-admin/admin-functions.php on line 1161
You didn't upload the entire contents of the wp-admin folder.
Make sure you upload ALL the files when you upgrade.

Thank you. That worked. I uploaded the entire folder so I'm not sure how something was missing but easy fix! Thanks!
