   Hi all.

   Our WP installation at KJSR.net has been running fine for a year now, but all of a sudden, whenever I try to activate/deactivate a plugin, I get this:

   Fatal error: Cannot redeclare maybe_create_table() in /home/kjsrnet/public_html/wp-admin/includes/upgrade.php on line 999

   Nothing has changed on the site for at least a week, and this just started happening last night.

   Any ideas on how to fix it?

   Did y recently upgraded to latest wp?
   if yes then maybe that's the problem.

   I've upgraded every time a new release has come out, with no problems. But the last upgrade was a few weeks ago, so why would this problem suddenly show up?
