   Whenever I try and change themes away from the default theme I get this error message in the admin section

   Fatal error: Call to undefined function: get_admin_page_title() in /home/socialme/public_html/wp-admin/admin-header.php on line 12

   The URL is: http://social-media-optimization.com/wp-admin/themes.php?activated=true

   The theme gets changed but I cannot access the admin section anymore so I have to keep reinstalling the blog in order to make any more posts.

   Can someone help me with this?

   Does the error happens when changing to the WordPress Classic theme?

   Could be that theme has problems, but might try deleting that theme's folder in wp-content/themes, then reupload the files for that theme.
