Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded

Hello there,

I have search high and low and cannot seem to figure this out.

Whenever I upload content via media library I get this error: `Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded in D:\Inetpub\site\wp-includes\class-http.php on line 1155

Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded in D:\Inetpub\site\wp-includes\wp-db.php on line 502`

I have tried the solutions on this page: http://wordpress.org/support/topic/unable-to-update-fatal-error-maximum-execution-time-of-30-seconds-exceeded-help

But nothing is working, and I REALLY need to get these images uploaded.

Can anyone help?
