Read all the closed threads on this issue. did all they suggested: edited the appropriate PHP files, check host limits.. and I am all good on those counts.
the files I have been having trouble with are all under 10m.
I actually had this theme working with these images when I was "sandboxing" the blog format on WP.com. Since moving it to my server these few images won't load properly.
Actually they are loaded - they are in my file structure. But WP doesn't crunch them to the small, medium, large sizes. So I created those files, uploaded them into the proper directory and thought - okay.. but WP didn't "know" they were there. Go figure.
I installed and activated Imagemagick plugin (a suggested solution) - but this did not work.
Any suggestions?
One other thing: The contact form available on the WP.com hosted "sandbox" site doesn't appear to be available on other hosts?
