your current theme “keres” seems to be the issue.
to rule out any theme-specific issue, try switching to the unedited default Theme for a moment by renaming your current theme’s folder in wp-content/themes and adding “-old” to the end of the folder name using via FTP or SFTP or whatever file management application your host provides.
it is the issue i noticed other web sites using the theme on the web with the same issues. So 20 minutes ago I installed woocomerse and the issue went away. Is there a way to fix this so I can delete woocomerse or am i stuck with leaving it installed?

“keres” seems support:
there is no such theme in the WP theme repo. What it means is that volunteers here have no access ti its code. So, my suggestion is please contact the theme’s vendor.
“woocomerse” support: same suggestion as above.
my problems are (1) that two of us looking at the same page, see different menus and (2)on one of the pages, I have a “fatal error” but the other person does not. Both areas are in need of my attention. Any help would be awesome!
