Fatal error instapress – can't even log into site!

    Hi when I try to log into my site or access any page/post on it I get the message:

    Fatal error: Call-time pass-by-reference has been removed in /home/theleeds/public_html/wp-content/plugins/instapress/instagram.php on line 306

    I’d like to remove the plugin but I can’t even login without getting that message – any suggestions?
