When I try to update the plugins for my multi-site or even go to the network admin at all, I get this error code:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function add_contextual_help() in /homepages/46/d294401325/htdocs/uht/wp-admin/network/settings.php on line 22
Just last week it was working just fine... Please advise.

What happened last week? :) That is, did you upgrade anything?
Have you tried manually reinstalling WP?

I did the new WP update on Monday - but I'm pretty sure I'd been in the Network Admin since then...
I am reloading the new WP files now... We'll see if it fixes it.

Ok - I found the problem. Apparently one of the plugins (that needed to be updated, ironically) was causing the issue.
It looks to be fixed now.
