   After upgrading to 2.8.4 I get the following fatal error. Anyone have any suggestions?

   Fatal error: Cannot redeclare get_locale() (previously declared in /homepages/25/d270889319/htdocs/wp-includes/l10n.php:29) in /homepages/25/d270889319/htdocs/wp-includes/l10n.php on line 455

   Try re-uploading the wp-includes folder. It sounds like something's gone wrong. My copy of wp-includes/l10n.php (2.8.4) is only 427 lines long.
