When I go to build my sitemaps manually I get an error:
Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded in wp-includes/plugin.php on line 274
It started when I upgraded to wordpress 2.5 so I'm thinking there might be something that doesn't jive well with Google XML sitemaps 3.0.3.1
It tells me this when I refresh Google XML Sitemaps:
# The last run didn't finish! Maybe you can raise the memory or time limit for PHP scripts. Learn more
# The last known execution time of the script was 33.23 seconds, the limit of your server is 30 seconds.
# The script stopped around post number 3736 (+/- 100)
Any ideas?

Another bump sorry. Just worried that my 10,000 + posts are going to not a correct sitemap for google. Thanks for anyone that might be able to help.
Hi photolord,
you can try to raise the script timeout at the plugin configuration page:
Advanced options
Try to increase the execution time limit to:
Try to enter a higher value like 90 or 100 seconds. Also make sure that "Enable MySQL standard mode" is NOT checked and "Build the sitemap in a background process" IS checked.
Best regards,
Arne
