   Fatal error: Cannot instantiate non-existent class: wp_locale in /homepages/20/d208082744/htdocs/wp-settings.php on line 456

   I keep getting that when I'm trying to do the initial install (http://lizraelupdate.com/wp-admin/install.php)

   I checked that all is accurate in my wp-config.php file. My host is not localhost, it's something else (according to my provider).

   I had this working when I had the wp files in a different directory, but then I just deleted everything and reuploaded to be in the root.

   Help??

   Nevermind. Tried something else... 5 minute installation turned into 7 hour installation. I joke not.
