Fatal error: Call to undefined function wp_menu_unfold()

    Fatal error: Call to undefined function wp_menu_unfold() in /xxxx/xxxx/mywebsite.com/wp-admin/admin-header.php on line 31

    I just updated to the latest version and i get this error when trying to access the admin page

    After a bit of a search, it seems to be a plug-in problem. i have moved all my plug-ins out of the plug-ins folder via ftp, but the error is still there

    Any suggestions ?
