Fatal error: Call to undefined function wp_editor

    I just installed the plugin and when I go to the settings I get the following error:

    Fatal error: Call to undefined function wp_editor() in D:\inetpub\vhosts\westsilc.leeds.sch.uk\httpdocs\wp-content\plugins\anything-popup\content-management.php on line 121

    We have PHP 5.20 and it will not be updated (or at least not in the timeframe I need it in), also WP 3.4.1 which cannot be updated because of the PHP version.
