   Im showing this error on my blog.. I have replaced the

   WP-includes and
   WP-admin already

   but im still getting

   Fatal error: Call to undefined function is_admin() in /hermes/web02/b859/moo.melo/wp-includes/vars.php on line 16

   please please help

   Hi melovillareal - first thing we can try is for you to check that your web host meets the minimum requirements? In particular, can you check that you're running PHP version 4.3 or greater.
