Fatal error: Call to undefined function in custom functions.php did- not match (3 posts)

    I successfully did a thesis hook to change my header. I wanted to practice uploading and removing a graphic. It was the removing that went sooo wrong. Just started learning Thesis yesterday and I thought that if I did not want to use a code anymore that all I had to do was go back to my custom functions php, use the code editor and delete the code I had just inserted. I can see all the eyes rolling...
    Thanks for any help.

    Fatal error: Call to undefined function on() in /home/fpyujlvv/public_html/blog/wp-content/themes/thesis_16/custom
    /custom_functions.php on line 32 - did not match

    p.s. I'm pretty sure it's 2.9.1 version - I cannot login because of the fatal error. It is the most recent version of Thesis.

    Hi Kathy,

    In order to solve your problem, you need to undo that change. Do you have ftp access to your site? 99% of hosting companies provide that service to their users. If you do, try one of following:
    1. Log in to your FTP program and if it has online editing capabilities, change the files you modified back to how they were;
    2. If your FTP program does not have editing capabilities, just download the files you modified, change them locally on your computer, and then upload them again.
    3. If you don't remember what specific parts of the code you modified or can't figure out how to restore the files, try uploading an older version without the changes.

    That should do the trick. If neither of these tips work though, I recommend you post this thread on the Thesis forums as well (if you haven't already).

    Let me know if that worked.

    Good luck!

    Hello again, Kathy.

    I hope you're doing well, and that you were able to figure out your pb. If all your questions and doubts were answered, and if you do not have further questions, would you mind marking this thread as "resolved"? That would help the community a lot.
    Thanks!

    Marventus
