   On my blog lpablog.com I keep getting this error below:
   Fatal error: Call to undefined function get_a_post() in /home2/lpablogc/public_html/wp-content/themes/DietThemeYellow/Diet_Theme_Yellow/index.php on line 27

   Can someone help me here?

   this seems to refer to a (plugin) function - which is not included in your theme:

   maybe from - guff.szub.net/2005/01/27/get-a-post/

   you could try and download/install/activate this plugin and see if that works.
