   This is the error I get when I either try to view my site or login to edit: Fatal error: Call to undefined function add_filter() in /home/content/21/8271921/html/wp-includes/functions.php on line 35

   I tried editing the functions.php file using FTP, but that didn't work. I tried deleting it and uploading the functions.php file that came with the theme, but that didn't work either. How can I fix this?
