   The MySQL install seemed to go fine but after I enter my blog name and email address and come to the second screen I get this error:

   Fatal error: Call to a member function on a non-object in /home/dfink10/public_html/one/blog/wp-admin/admin-functions.php on line 546

   I've tried uninsalling the MySQL tables and then re-running the script - that didn't seem to help. I also tried changing all the file permisions to 777 - just to make sure that there wasn't a file that was causing the problem.

   Does anyone know how to solve this? Please help

   I am afraid you copied the error message into the wrong box, i.e. in the "tags" section (I cleaned it up).
   You'd be better off copying that error message into the search box:
   "Call to a member function on a non-object"
