Fatal Error after upgrade

    Just upgraded to the latest version via the automatic update, and now when I go to wp-admin I get a blank page with the following:

    Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class Custom_Image_Header in /home/hutch/public_html/wp-admin/custom-header.php on line 16

    The rest of the site works fine (www.barryhutchison.com) but I can’t get into the admin side.

    Help!
