   I tried to install and activate the personal message plug in and I can no longer access anything after the admin log in page. Once I log in, every page gives this message:
   Fatal error: Call to undefined function is_site_admin() in /home/content/85/4609685/html/wp-content/plugins/personal-welcome/personal_welcome.php on line 37

   Try renaming or deleting the wp-content/plugins/personal-welcome folder via FTP.

   I use the GoDaddy hosting and am still very new so I apologize if this is silly, how do I access the FTP?

   Nevermind! I found it and deleted the folder. it worked :) thanks so much!
