    one of 2 things.

either your new wp-settings.php didnt get uploaded.

    or you didnt upload wp-includes/pomo/

theres no other cause on a previously working site.

get out your ftp client, get the files out of the zip on the download page (see top of this page), and upload them manually, making sure those 2 items are adressed.

I'm having same error, I have the two files.

thats nice. did you read what I wrote?

secondly /wp-includes/pomo is a directory -- with files within it.

    as Ive said,

    one of 2 things.

I've got the same error. I do have the wp-includes/pomo folder, and I made sure I have the new wp-settings.php. No joy - I still get the error. Any ideas?

It might be worth mentioning that my site functioned normally 'till last night. When I wanted to continue working on it this afternoon, I got the error. Weird...

OK - no problem, the blog was still fairly new so I just re-did it. In a hurry, so can't wait!
