    I was recently trying to upload a new theme to my blog and now when I try to access my blog control panel/domain this is the error message I am getting.

    Fatal error: Call to undefined function wp_customize_url() in /hermes/bosweb/web172/b1721/sl.jessicafr/public_html/wp-content/themes/twentyxs/class.twentyxs-options.php on line 316

    I need a very simple breakdown of what to do! I am a novice at this.

  • using ftp rename or delete the theme you were uploading twentyxsso that default theme opens.

    Would you have any information on how to access my ftp to do so? please!!

    startlogic is my host and i logged in and clicked on ftp and this is what i see

    You can build your site using Web authoring tools, and then use an FTP program to upload the Web pages to your StartLogic account.

    To access your account using an FTP client, you need to connect to http://ftp.jessica-franklin.com with your FTP username and password.
    You can manage your FTP information with the tool below:

    Master FTP Account

    Create New FTP Account
    Username:
    Enter the username you want to create.
    Password:

    Enter the password twice for confirmation.
    Your password must be at least 6 characters, and contain a letter and at least one digit and one punctuation character.
    FTP (Home) Directory:
    The directory the user will have access to. Leave blank for the root (/) directory, otherwise you must put the full path to your directory. Do not include domain.
