fatal error? [Plugin: Viper’s Video Quicktags]

Hi –

I really need to be able to embed videos in my blog and tried to install this plug in to be able to do so, but when I try and activate it, I get a “fatal error” message and it says the plugin cannot be activated. Why is this?
