• All was working well until yesterday evening, when suddenly this appears :

  • Send this error to your hosting provider:

HTTP Error: (0) error setting certificate verify locations: CAfile: /etc/pki/tls/certs/ca-bundle.crt CApath: none

they probably made some modifications/upgrades recently and the ca-bundle path is incorrect.

Ok, thanks. Just did, we’ll see what they come back with. They did indeed have problems with the mysql servers, but that took them a a good few hours of downtime to admit to…

Right, they say it’s “fixed”, I have no idea what they did, but the dashboard simply will not show itself on the wP dashboard. I’ve uninstalled, re-installed, reset, etc. etc. No joy.
Does your plugin require a particular PHP version? They just tell me they reset the PHP to 5.2, but will not tell me why…

Still no joy with this. They now tell me that for whatever reason they upgraded WP to v.3.8 (without asking!). Could this be the problem? Is the plugin compatible with 3.8? According to the plugin page it is only compatible up to 3.7.1.

Yes it is, I’m running it on WP 3.8, on 3 websites.

Do you have the same error?
