I'd like to make some changes to this theme by adding a left sidebar. Can anyone offer me coding suggestions for how to accomplish this?
I've made some changes to the CSS myself based on the code already in the theme, but I'm not comfortable writing my own code - I'm not that technically savvy. I'm pretty good at cutting and pasting, though! :)

It might make it kind of wide to add another sidebar, unless you narrowed the center. It's a great theme - I enjoyed your tag line - you sound like you'd be fun to party with! You Seattle people are all crazy, everyone knows that! :)

Thanks for your input. I really love the theme, but I also really want to do some more things with another sidebar. Crap - maybe I'll have to see what other themes I can find. I was just hoping to avoid that.
Make it a modified version of your existing sidebar file and its css. Dual sidebar themes generally have two sidebar.php files (sidebar-1.php and sidebar-2.php for example) that are php included on the template pages.
