   Sometimes resetting permalinks resolves this
   go to Admin / Settings / permalinks
   note what your permalinks are now.
   change to "default" and save
   see if the 404 errors are still occurring
   if not, reset permalinks to what they were before changing to default.
   check again and see if they work now
