   I recommend that you use Arabic, Farsi or whatever to search in that language for WordPress sites that use Arabic and related in general. There are a few of them out there. I'm sure they have figured this out.

   Doing a search for "arabic" here in the forum - it turned up this post: http://wordpress.org/support/topic/33983 where the poster claims this issue resolved.

   there are a full Arabian version.
