    It means that DB_HOST in your wp_config.php if likely correct. But either the database, dealeris_wrdp1, is not created, or the user (DB_USER) is wrong or doesn’t have Privileges to the dealeris_wrdp1 database. Or finally the password for DB_USER is wrong.
