    Hello,

I created several wordpress pages under another domain name to test. This was done in the File Zilla FTP Program through Fantastico being hosted by hostgator. After that, I copied the files over and wanted to move them to the real domain name. When I did that it work. The only problem was that I could not log in to make any changes because it was looking for the user name and password of the test domain name.

Can someone help me and let me know which php file I need to fix so I can change it to the real login name and password.

I would greatly appreciate this. I have been trying for days and I am completely drained. Thanks.

#1. You created WP pages using Filezilla through Fantastico? What exactly does that mean? I'm going to assume you meant you installed WordPress using Fantastico because you can't write blog posts or pages using an FTP program which is what it sounds like you're saying you did.

#2. You can't edit an PHP file to set the login name and password, that's a database issue.

    Samboll,

Where do I find this phpmyadmin?

And to answer "thisisedie". Your #1 assumption is correct. I just meant that I was using Filezilla as my FTP but created the pages through Fantastico.

    Thanks.
