Please pardon that I am very new to WordPress. I successfully installed via Fantastico cpanel a few weeks ago. The installation was smooth and easy. So far, everything has been fine. But, I used Fantastico before reading all the criticisms about this auto install process. Although many of the negative comments regarding Fantastico seem dated, I wonder if I should uninstall my site with Fantastico's remove option and then manually re-install. Thoughts? Opinions? Thanks in advance.

I use Fantastico regularly and have no issues with it. Of course, you can un-install WordPress using Fantastico and re-install it manually but there's no need as long as your installation is working properly. I hope this helps!
