Fantastic plugin, fantastic support

    I installed UpdraftPlus on a site I developed for a friend. The plugin works exactly as advertised. The backup files and the documentation on the UpdraftPlus.com website made moving the website from the development server to its final home ridiculously easy.

    When I had a problem with remote backups (human error on my part, not a bug!), David Anderson’s responses were quick and insightful. Near the end of our conversation, I suggested a cosmetic change to the plugin control panel. David messaged me back within minutes that the change had been made, and we should see in the next release.

    I recommend UpdraftPlus without reservation to anyone running a WordPress site.
