FancyBox in the Future?

    Hi there, I just bought a new theme and it turns out that it is only coded to work with FancyBox. Of course, there are no other plugins that work like this one (which is perfect except for it not working with my theme – instead of opening to a lightbox display when clicked, the picture opens in a new page). Is there any talk of using FancyBox in the future? If not, do you have any suggestions for a plugin that works in a similar way to yours that does use that?
