Fancybox conflict

Hi,

I am using fancybox to show up contact form 7 in popup. The href link to that is inserted in sidebar widget which i have made sticky using your plugin. The issue is that the form scrolls with the page although there is lot of content that hides below screen. Any idea how can i make the form not to scroll with the page? Widget text looks something like this below :
