   Is it me, or does wp 1.5 not do the auto fancy quotes thing that 1.2.* did?

   My 1.2.2 blog isnt using any plugins like textile 1,2, etc.. and I get the nice fancy quotes automatically. I notice 1.5 doesnt seem to do that?

   Yes? No? And if not, what should I use to get them back?
