False update notification

    Can you replicate the problem using the default Twenty Fourteen theme with all other plugins deactivated?

    I activate Twenty Fourteen theme and deactivate all plugins, the false notification disappears. Then I reactivate Salient theme and plugins one by one and notification appears when Contact Form 7 is active.

    So, now I search this issue into http://themenectar.ticksy.com/
