Hello, I recently installed WORDFENCE on my website and it turns to an analysis I detected several "serious threats" are:

    Modified core WordPress file: wp-includes/version.php
    Modified core WordPress file: wp-admin/setup-config.php
    Modified core WordPress file: readme.html

I do not understand ... if I correct wordpress tells me I have an old version and I have to upgrade, and if I upgrade wordpress and make another WORDFENCE analysis shows the same threats.

    That is what is happening?

    Hi,

Are you running a caching plugin? It may be causing Wordfence to give you old results.

    Regards,

    Mark.

Delete Cache plugin "WP Super Cache" and I will install. Delete all folders in my FTP cache. Also delete the cache stored in cloudflare and still have the same problem.

After correcting all threats Wordfence seems to give me all right, but after a few hours back again the same. WordPress update, if I update again gives me the same problems. For now I leave without threats Wordfence and asking me to update wordpress until you find the problem.
This is a picture asking me to update: https://lh4.googleusercontent.com/-dOlMf_eWT8I/UvoIZWSiOWI/AAAAAAAABdU/r-gC7SdN3co/w613-h117-no/Captura.JPG
