[Plugin: wordTube] failure uploading files through wordtube

Hello.

/wp-admin/upload.php?page=wordTube
Upload a file – Select media file

i select a files, push on blue button (downthere) Add media file.
it’s uploading i guess, but after refreshing page – there’s no that file in the list Manage Media files.

on server there’s a lot of free space.
the same files i can upload via ftp-client without problem to any folder on server.

so, even don’t know what to think.
help please.
