Failure accessing url&admin panel after installation on Bluehost

    Hi, thank you for your attention for dropping by in this post.
    I have just selected BlueHost to host my new WordPress blog.
    I have followed the steps of simple script installation of wordpress and it appears to have installed successfully but when I try to access my new webpage and admin page, I get connected to a random Rogers page with a message of following:

    We did not find results for: ‘www.madeingbc.com ‘
    You can also try the suggestions below or try typing a new search above.

    Access URL: http://www.madeingbc.com
    Admin Panel: http://www.madeingbc.com/wp-admin

    I’ve tried uninstalling and do the process over, but it gives me a same result…
    I’ve archived the past issues but I had a hard time tackling this issue on my own.
    Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!

    How long ago did you set up this domain name?

    Hi, thank you for your attention.
    Just about 30 mins ago. I just realized that I already purchased a domain which is madeingbc.net, but somehow this is not activated with my wordpress on my bluehost. How can I connect these two?

    You need to contact your hosts for assistance with this.

    Ok, I think my issue is solved.
    I didn’t activate my domain before. My page is finally available! Thank you Esmi for your kind help. Good day!

    I am having the same problem but I simply go to the page in the welcome email, paste in the password, and voila! the “ever feel like you’re in the wrong place 404 message. Any thoughts?

    @xanthipp: If you have the same problem, then you can fix it same as above. Point your domain to the correct host. If that’s not your problem, make a new topic and don’t write on this one that is already resolved.
