failed to open stream: Permission denied in dir

    Hi, i just added your plugin on my site, as soon as it installed i got 3 lines of errors :

    Warning: file_get_contents(Directory…./plugins/member-terms-conditions/terms-and-conditions/terms-and-conditions.txt) [function.file-get-contents]: failed to open stream: Permission denied in (Directory…./plugins/member-terms-conditions/terms-and-conditions/terms-and-conditions.txt) on line 119

    Warning: file_get_contents(Directory….plugins/member-terms-conditions/terms-and-conditions/privacy-policy.txt) [function.file-get-contents]: failed to open stream: Permission denied in (Directory….plugins/member-terms-conditions/terms-and-conditions/privacy-policy.txt on line 120

    Warning: file_get_contents(Directory…./plugins/member-terms-conditions/terms-and-conditions/welcome.txt) [function.file-get-contents]: failed to open stream: Permission denied in (Directory…./plugins/member-terms-conditions/terms-and-conditions/welcome.txt) on line 121

    it states below that : WARNING : terms-and-conditions.txt is not writable, any changes made will not be saved.

    please can you advise me on how to fix this issue? or if it is an issue with the plugin.
