failed to open stream: No such file or directory

    I think all of my info is correct in wp-config.php but every time i try to access install.php this is the error message I get:

    Warning: main(/home/jcsitedesigns/www/blog/wp-includes/wp-db.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/jcsitedesigns/www/blog/wp-settings.php on line 39

    Fatal error: main(): Failed opening required '/home/jcsitedesigns/www/blog/wp-includes/wp-db.php' (include_path='.:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/jcsitedesigns/www/blog/wp-settings.php on line 39

    I’ve looked in line 39 but I’m no php programmer. I don’t know what any of it means.

    Help?

    In /blog/wp-includes/ is there a file called wp-db.php? This is what the error alludes to (that it doesn’t exist).

    I have the same problem. I checked on my server, and wp-db.php does exist for me. I received confirmation via email that my blog was set up fine, I just can’t log in.

    Never mind, I just re-installed, and it worked fine second time of asking.
