Failed to connect to server: No connection could be made because the target mach

    Hello,
    I am trying to get WordPress to send emails. I’ve got my site locally hosted through WAMP. The site works perfectly on a Mac with MAMP. I installed this plugin to hopefully fix this, but it does not. If I send a test email, I get (amongst a lot of other stuff):

    SMTP -> ERROR: Failed to connect to server: No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it.
    (10061)

    Any suggestions, please?
