   I have set up a blog just few days ago and hosting that blog on Awardspace as free user.
   Site address: http://mydisneyland.co.cc/
   I am having problem with installing Plugins and themes, whenever i try to install a new plugin or theme (from Dashboard), its asks my FTP Connection information:
   Hostname: mydisneyland.co.cc
   FTP Username: My_FTP_username
   FTP Password: ******
   Connection Type: FTP (its a radio button)

   i fills all the information required but it returns an error saying:
   "Failed to connect to FTP Server mydisneyland.co.cc:21"
   However i am able to use my FTP account via any FTP client.

   I have tried some other things too like using "locahost" or "127.0.0.1" as Hostname but none of them worked. Thats y i am unable to install plugin/theme from dash board and i have to upload all files via FTP.

   Is there any other way to solve this problem? like by changing permissions or something?

   awardspace doesn't let you do the auto upgrades, etc. from dashboard
   you have to do it manually
