Failed activation and then image upload doesn't work

    Installed latest version downloaded from WP repo. Activate after install; “plugin does not have valid headers.” Was able to activate anyways from the main plugin page.

    After activation, clicking “upload an image” link in widget area does not open image upload window. Does nothing.

    Uninstalled. 🙁
